Catalyst Hot Section Structures Owner position is related with responsibility for leading, supervising and executing all activities associated with technical tasks. It gives great opportunity to grow and increase expertise in top notch technology, execute tasks related to multiple hardware commodities and look for cost and weight reduction opportunities. Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Execute under guidance the evaluation of assigned projects that meet business standards, practices and procedures and the product / program requirements
Help to define approach to meet technical and program requirements
Support formulation and implementation of plans to achieve technical requirements, schedules and contract commitments
Develop action plans to anticipate and respond to problems
Support other personnel and assigned teams
Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures
Communicate project status, business issues and significant developments
Lead or participate in organizational efforts in assigned projects and tasks
Participate as a presenter in technical and program reviews
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of aircraft engine architecture.
Knowledge of structural components design and awareness of system level integration
Modern engineering tools knowledge
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Technical problems solving skills
Ability to prioritize working tasks
Desired Characteristics
Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
Willingness of continuous development
Willingness to sharing best practices within the organization.
