Internship Overview
While gaining real-world experience and subsequently building a network of professional contacts, the programs supportive training schedule will ensure you accelerate. You will also gain an insight into how we support our clients and this will allow you to develop your knowledge of Real Estate and its associated functions.
We offer a variety of opportunities in different business lines and locations
Investment Accounting, including:
Preparation of journal entries basing on source documents – full GL;
Posting journal entries to YARDI;
Preparation of quarterly reporting pack to ensure correctness of quarterly entries;
Initiating payment requests;
Preparation ad hoc calculations eg. Profitability, liquidity analysis;
Documents administration, eg. Loan agreements, notices;
Maintenance of financial instruments database correctness in Coupa
Maintenance of relationship with the Client;
Participation in project groups as needed for new initiatives.
Person Specification/Requirements
Interested in accounting
Self-motivated with good written and verbal communication skills
Strong work ethic and proactive with a positive attitude
Attention to detail, accuracy and good time management
Good MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook
Ability to speak/read/write in English

Get an assigned buddy to help navigate CBRE
Have scheduled social activities with your buddy, manager and hosting office
Work on a final project with other IA&R interns in the US
Participate in Global webinars with leaders around CBRE
Participate in Global webinars with IA&R Management Team members
Join training series covering items like office etiquette, public speaking etc.
Receive a basic software training
Take part in Café Calls – Global calls with our IA&R interns around the world to get to know each other and create a global network
