Position: Civil Site work Project Manager

Pay: $90k-$99k per year depending on experience.

Pay increases available.

• Position Description:

Civil Sitework Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience.

Highly skilled and motivated Project Manager with experience in Construction Site Work to join our construction team.

• Key Responsibilities:

Assist with monthly pay applications.

• Assist with change orders.
• Assist with delay claims.
• Assist with bid reviews prior to being submitted.

• Provide technical guidance and support to construction crews and subcontractors as required.

• Position Requirements:

Must have experience in construction site work.

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 year's experience in civil construction, with a proven history of successful project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Must have knowledge of change orders and delay claims.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and codes.
