WM Launch Representative in Windsor, Connecticut

I. Job Summary
The Launch Representative I is responsible for the execution of specific tasks within the implementation and/or de-implementation of new, renewing, or existing customers for Waste Management (SBS).
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.
Validate services via vendor invoices, vendor calls/emails, and data exhibits
Setup customer/location service levels and enter service specification data into Waste Management systems (Acorn & MAS) for new customer implementations, contract renewals, existing customer projects, and de-implementations
Follow-up with vendors and locations to confirm schedule and delivery completion
Access, resolve or escalate customer/vendor service and billing requests and/or issues
Responsible for obtaining and tracking Vendor Schedule-A acceptances & rejections
All other duties as assigned

The expected salary range for this position is $22.36/hour. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
