Job Description

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the smooth execution of all projects.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget, while measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.

Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

Ensure resource availability and allocation with the ability to flex between priorities at short notice.

Develop a detailed project plan to track progress, provide business updates and create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Communicate confidently across all levels of the organization with the ability to report and escalate as needed, to ensure timelines are achieved.

Manage relationships respectfully and assertively to achieve agreed project goals and objectives.

Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.

Excellent ability to present to project teams across the organization and work confidently under own initiative.
