Aston Carter Temporary Receptionist And Admin Assistant in Waltham, Massachusetts

Hours

7:00am-3:00pm

Description:

• Provide coverage in the front desk area for receiving visitors, new hires and guests’ weekdays.

• Maintain a professional presence and lobby area.

• Assist visitors and employees with taxis and other local information on hotel, restaurants, etc.

• Work with Facilities team regarding cleaning needs of lobby, conference rooms and reception areas.

• Answering incoming calls on multi-line telephone, route to appropriate individual/department.

• Processing of all inbound/outbound mail as well as package distribution as needed.

• Receiving, recording and shipping of UPS, FedEx and packages.

• Coordinate food catering when needed and appropriate set up and clean-up of catering.

• Conference room coordination within the Waltham facility.

• Partner with HR on onboarding activity and assisting with new hires.

• Assist with inventory, order office & pantry supplies.

• Assist the facilities team with incoming tickets for requests.

• Closing out of ServiceNow tickets for terminations, facilities requests when finished.

• Other duties as required from the Office Manager/Facilities coordinator.
