Your Role at KIK

We are looking to add to our growing sales team in the North East. As a District Sales Manager, you will report to the Sales Director. You are responsible for managing the existing book of business with a strong focus on our BioGuard, SpaGuard and ProGuard products. The territory includes Western Pennsylvania, Eastern Ohio, and West Virginia.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Maintain and continue to strengthen relationships with existing customers through sales support, training, and maximizing the value that customers enjoy from their relationship with KIK.

  • Develop relationships and consistently gain business with prospective customers through repetitive contact and by communicating the value of the services and products that KIK provides.

  • Develop new business with current customers by gaining share from competitive products utilizing the marketing materials and incentive programs provided by KIK.

  • Provide customer training on the products and services that KIK provides.

  • Maintain a Customer Relationship Management system and provide reports as required.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 2 years of related retail or account management experience

  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. The ability to work well independently.

  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to structure sales deals, collaborate with team members, & reach pivotal steps in the sales cycle.

  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining meaningful customer partnerships.

  • Valid driver's license.

  • Travel required up to 50-75% of the time including customer visits, plant visits, and time in the office with other team members

  • Ideally based in the Pittsburgh area
