Description

Jamie Benway with Robert Half is looking for a talented CFO who can provide strategic financial leadership, oversee financial planning and analysis, and ensure the overall financial health of one of her respected clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in financial management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes

• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and risk mitigation

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making

• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements

• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and financial institutions

• Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes and drive operational efficiency

• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in financial management

Requirements

• Required components of the role: must be local to Portland, have multi-entity experience, and years of experience managing banking relationships

• Proven experience in a CFO or similar leadership role within the Finance department

• Proficiency in Cash Flow Analysis and Budgeting

• Strong knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices

• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods

• Ability to strategize and solve problems

• Strong leadership and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and people skills

• An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers

• CPA is a strong advantage

• BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus.
