We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our client in Shelton, CT. The candidate will play a key role in maintaining and expanding client relationships, ensuring the highest level of service is delivered. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in logistics management.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain management role, with a focus on account management is also highly preferred.

salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

Interface between customers, suppliers, and contract manufacturers.

Enter purchase, sales, logistics and other related information

Responsible for updating/monitoring information from purchase order through to delivery

Invoicing

Arranging transportation

Manage logistics from supplier to customer

Negotiate pricing for logistics services with select vendors

Actively manage customer credit limits
