Responsibilities

Meet accuracy, quality (product & process), productivity. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives. Answer incoming calls from customers who require support for their devices. Ascertains nature of call and assesses whether it can be handled in place, needs to be escalated, or if further follow-up is required to provide customer with appropriate resolution. Accurately process and document each inbound call/email transaction into company databases. Deliver service and support to end-users via voice call, email, and third-party software.
