JOB REQUIREMENTS: Automation/Robotics Engineer - R01129240 Job Description: Automation/Robotics Engineer This position provides an opportunity to transition from other private, public, government or military experience to a 3M career. Here, you will make an impact by: * Leading automation projects including new equipment as well as upgrading current assets to improve quality and productivity. * Leading selection of hardware and software along with machine installation and commissioning. * Driving alignment and communication with corporate automation teams. * Supporting plant engineering technicians through training and project leadership. * Driving continuous improvement activities around equipment and automation in the plant to improve performance. Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is \$115,607 - \$141,298, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
