Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Fleet Maintenance Technician to join our team in Oakwood.

$$ 1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS $$

(Sign-On Bonus to be paid as $250 at thirty days, $250 at sixty days and $500 at six months. Rehires qualify a year after termination.)

SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:30pm STARTING HOURLY RATE: $20.00-$24.00 with a potential increase at 90 days PERKS: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be able to obtain a medical certificate
• Class A CDL preferred but not required.  (CDL certification cost may be partially paid by Cooper Farms after hire). 
• Basic understanding of diesel and automotive equipment and engines
• Basic understanding of cutting and welding equipment with a solid understanding of hydraulics.
