DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this position, you will perform a variety of food service, food preparation, and sanitation tasks in the dietary operation on a rotational basis. Your duties will include minor food preparation and service; assembly tasks in the supplemental nourishment and snack area for distribution to all patient units; and preparing simple menu items. You will also be responsible for keeping food preparation and serving areas clean and sanitary.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment, 40 hours per week Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with 30-minute lunch. Your schedule will include rotating off duty days, working every other weekend and holidays as assigned. Overtime as needed. This may change based on operational need.
