Description and Requirements
The Accreditation Program Manager will be responsible for the following:
Working with NA teams on the process for implementation, tracking and reporting of the L360 Accreditation programs
Accurately report out data for CAMs and Partners for assigned territories.
Deliver the framework of the program to include training on the execution of the program
Work cross-functionally with channel training, enablement, marketing, programs and L&D teams to deliver what’s needed for the accreditation program
Deliver reports in support of the accreditation programs.
Help with the design of future programmatic changes by working with WW Channel and L&D teams.
Core responsibilities include:
Review reporting and provide regular readouts for specified territories.
Deliver regular partner communications/presentations for accreditation program.
Provide data insights along with the reports for specified territories.
Communicate with route managers, CAMs and partners on the benefits of the program for specified territories.
Participate in strategic projects as relevant.
Manage multiple tasks and processes.
Be able to effectively prioritize and produce accurate and timely results on a consistent basis.
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree or higher in related field
3+ year of work experience in program or project management
Preferred Qualifications:
Detail-oriented and has the ability to multi-task.
Team-oriented and has experience working on cross-functional teams.
Strong inter-personal and communications skills
HYBRID - This role requires work from our Morrisville, NC office and work from home weekly.
