Accountant Sr
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: To act as generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) technical advisor to management; to ensure assigned financial duties are recorded and presented according to GAAP; to assist in the budget/forecast process; to conduct financial analysis projects; and to provide support to upper management.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES MAY INCLUDE
Review intercompany reconciliations prepared by offshore team for accuracy and completeness
Research and resolve Intercompany issues resulting from historical Intercompany transactions (includes AR/ AP, APIC, and Investment in Subsidiaries)
Prepare and review journal entries related to intercompany transactions which may include foreign currency transactions
Work closely with International teams on researching issues related to their intercompany transactions
Assist in developing intercompany policies and procedures that will ensure all Intercompany balances remain in balance
Ad hoc requests as needed related to Intercompany and other areas within the Corporate Accounting group
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong Analytical and interpretive skills that will enable colleague to research and resolve complex accounting issues.
Eight (8) years of accounting, auditing and/or financial analysis experience or equivalent combination of experience and education required; supervisory experience preferred.
