About the Processor role

As a member of the team, you will be responsible for working with different screens on the customer side to ensure that the claims that are being disputed needs to be upheld or denied. Overtime is almost daily including Saturdays.

Requirements

Customer service experience is a plus, but not required. We’re looking for people with a passion for customer service, natural empathy, and the determination to deliver a comprehensive solution. To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Excellent communication skills

• Keyboarding and software proficiency

• Great problem-solving skills

• Ability to effectively multi-task

• Dependability

• Basic knowledge of a PC, and how to navigate a PC

In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $23560 - $26505.
