Position Summary

The MarTech Data Collection, Platforms and Omnichannel Personalization team plays an integral part in establishing an enterprise data strategy that will enable all other teams to leverage marketing and digital data as part of their work: informing marketing, digital and performance analytics functions; driving ongoing customer journey personalization and optimization; and leveraged in models to drive improved ability to meet members’ needs.

This role will be a leadership role to manage the Martech products, as well as team members supporting the products and various data initiatives through the team. The ideal candidate would have a history of Martech product management and flexibility across multiple tools within the enterprise stack.

This role will help manage the long-term strategic vision, roadmap, and evolution of Personalization and MarTech products across the Data Collection and Platforms portfolio to enable Omnichannel Customer Personalization.

  • You will apply industry best practices knowledge against our CVS use cases to identify future data and analytics platform needs, including an understanding of what is currently possible and what will be possible by taking full advantage of new and emerging technology.

  • You will apply knowledge of data vendors and industry leaders to strategize on opportunities to take better advantage of multiple first, second-, and third-party data sets to drive marketing success – coordinating across teams and lines of business throughout the organization.

  • Accountable for directing and prioritizing the activities of agile teams based on relentless focus on client needs and a strong understanding of business drivers, working closely with business team to develop a detailed understanding of the customer and identity platform needs across the customer journey.

  • Oversee the implementation of a solution that supports all marketing functional teams and key lines of business partners.

  • Work with architecture and engineering teams to guide the detailed design and build of solutions.

  • Build strong relationships and trust with our marketing clients and serve as an advisor and advocate for the solutions designed by the Martech platforms team.

  • Study market trends, partner with other product managers and engineering to develop long-term vision for industry-leading, integrated data platforms that allow for future growth and revenue opportunities.

    Required Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of experience Product Management / Martech product domain experience.

  • 2+ year of Adobe Enterprise Platform experience related to supporting implementations and solution support. Plus, Realtime CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and CJO- Customer Journey Analytics. Power User of Adobe Tech Stack.

  • 3-5 years of experience managing teams, performance management, and developing resources. Plus, Vendor Management and Change Management experience.

  • 3+ years of experience with marketing technology tools used for customer personalization across multiple channels and/ or experience working with interaction data (e.g., Web Analytics) as well as cross channel. Marketing Interaction Data (e.g., engagement with Marketing Communications, Media Data, etc..).

  • Proficient knowledge of customer / B2C marketing tactics and channels.

  • Ability to support East Coast working hours.

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team and key stakeholders.

  • Agile/ SAFe methodology experience.

  • Good business acumen and professional written/oral communication skills.

    Education

  • Recommended: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Statistics, Analytics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Econometrics or MBA or Engineering graduates. (Will consider all candidates based on relevant experience).

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$144,200.00 - $288,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
