Assist the kitchen Chef to Prepare and Cook traditional Indian Cuisine. Assist to run a successful operation for dine-in, to-go customers and private catering events. Order food supplies and management of inventory. Maintain a clean & safe kitchen and comply with Health Food Safety inspection.

Three (3) Months training in Indian Cuisine and Two (2) Years' experience as Chef, Cook, Assistant Chef/Cook or related. Stated experience must be in Indian cuisine
