The Studio Manager at Signature Hardware leads the daily operations of a studio including project management/producer functions related to timelines, process, staff, equipment and budget. The Studio Manager reports directly to the Creative Director. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, empathy and a committed personality. Signature Hardware specializes in high-end kitchen and bath products as well as home accents and hardware. All products are photographed onsite in our 5,800-square foot studios by a full-time staff of photographers/videographers supported by stylist, set builder and studio assistants.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain an efficient workflow structure and systems/process

  • Schedule and coordination of daily productions requirements for assigned projects

  • Compiles and updates studio schedules regularly

  • Facilitates studio team status meetings and other studio communication as needed

  • Aware of Project Briefs (Pre-Pro and other) that affect studio deliverables and timelines

  • Allocates the best creative talent to projects based on the deliverables, timeline, and needs of the project

  • Owns Photo Requests to make sure they are arcuate and complete for the team

  • Manges and report all studio costs & budgets

  • Manages studio equipment inventory and maintenance

  • Collaborates with cross-discipline teams members and manages communications for the studio

  • Manages multiple team members, including performance reviews and goals

  • A key person during hiring for studio positions, maintains job descriptions, identifies needs for talent on the studio team and coordinates filling positions

  • Onboarding and mentoring new team members

  • Collaborates with Creative Director on creative matters

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or similar experience

  • 6+ years of experience as a Producer, Studio manager, or similar experience with proven book of work

  • 2+ years of proven experience managing direct reports/talent

  • Commanding knowledge of studio process and talent needs, and planning

  • Ability to work independently with little supervision, in group environment

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-discipline and studio team members

  • Ability to work multiple projects at the same time, work efficiently under pressure and maintain deadlines

  • Excellent organization skills with attention to detail

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software

Pay Range:

$4,124.70 - $9,075.00

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
