JPMorgan Chase Product Delivery Manager Vice President in Columbus, Ohio

Shape the future of product delivery while crafting solutions that enhance and optimize customer experiences. Lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders as part of a team at the forefront of innovation.

As a Product Delivery Manager in My Performance, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers (e.g., employees, managers and Human Resources). As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations with consideration of cross-product implications, in an expedient and organized way, while meeting risk and controls requirements.You will also develop and oversee a firmwide readiness plan to enhance user experience and change activities to enable adoption with minimal friction.

Job responsibilities

  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination

  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements

  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners

  • Develops and executes the completion of activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

  • Executes on change management and firmwide readiness activities, from start to completion, and user readiness activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring and addressing blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners and product teams.

  • Creates a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, respect for team members and embraces diverse views, approaches, and ideas.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area

  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change / readiness activities.

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end product delivery for a firmwide product and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.

  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies

  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data, including working knowledge of data and digital acumen, to inform product decision.

  • Proven track record to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques in highly complex and fast-paced environment with ability to deal with ambiguity and shifting priorities.

  • Ability to work intermittently on weekends throughout the year and handle cyclical intensity of workload from mid-Q3/4 especially during high peak season (September to January), including weekday evenings for regional / global meetings.

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Word, including working knowledge of Business Objects, data analytics and reporting tool

  • Ability to guide and coach team on approach to achieve goals aligned against set strategic initiatives

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics

  • Experience with agile development methodologies and tools, such as Jira and Confluence, Figma, etc.

  • Working knowledge of communications and writing skills
