Description

• Process customer invoices and send out statements in a timely manner.

• Monitor accounts receivable aging report and follow up on overdue payments.

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and mail to resolve payment discrepancies and inquiries.

• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address customer billing issues and disputes.

• Prepare aging analysis and other financial reports for management review.

• Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable management.

  Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred but not required).

• Proven experience in accounts receivable or related finance role.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
