Current Job Openings Data Entry Clerk

We have an immediate opening for a Data Entry Clerk. Duties include working with Director of Global Sales and Marketing, Engineering Manager and Customer Service team facilitating response to requests for proposal (RFP) submitted by existing and prospective customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Data entry for multiple business processes including order entry, response to RFQs, etc.
• Receive and document requests for quotation, information, or proposals
• Extract key information from solicitations (contract timeline, delivery schedules, terms and conditions, standard of work, critical issues) for distribution to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with appropriate functional teams to c ollect cost data for estimating/quoting process to meet customer dates
• Data Entry using Excel, MS Outlook, ERP system and Access Database program
• Sort, scan, copy and file as required

Required Skills, Experience and Education:

• Meticulous, organized, and detail oriented.
• Ability to think critically and is not hesitant to ask question.
• Basic math skills and data entry required
• Must be open to learning new skills and willing to work in a busy deadline driven environment.
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Must be competent in MS Office applications (Excel, Word and Outlook specifically)
• Must be Computer proficient.
• High level of accuracy in entering data

Wage Range: $18.00/hour - $22.00/hour
