Your new role

Collaborate with the Strategic Planning team management in proposing actionable strategies through storytelling supported by analysis, statistics, insights, and recommendations. Responsible for monitoring department processes, providing and updating theatrical studio and market information, and delivering specific on-demand requests.

Your role accountabilities

  • Develops analytical studies to optimize release strategies, estimates, performance, and decision-making.

  • Prepares presentations and reports detailing main findings in a timely manner through clear, organic, and objective storytelling (narratively and visually).

  • Interfaces with other teams to obtain data and insights that can help provide a broader understanding of the theatrical market, its audience, results patterns, and potential opportunities.

  • Prepares and delivers on-demand requests and studies by local and regional teams.

  • Maps the department processes to identify gaps and improvements.

  • Monitors and updates estimates by following up on accruals and actuals provided by respective departments.

  • Maintains KPIs up to date by interfacing with different areas of the division.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree with position related experience, such as business, statistics, economy, and other related fields.

  • Intermediary to advanced knowledge of statistical modelling.

  • Intermediary knowledge of economic and marketing / media measurements.

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, critical thinking and creative skills, focusing on problem solving and growth opportunities.

  • Willing to collaborate and embrace leadership of projects.

  • Intermediary to advanced knowledge of data analysis tools such as Tableau and PowerBI.

  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Advanced English

Other Nice to Have

  • Experience with data analysis tools and languages like R and Python.

  • Understanding of project management methodologies.

  • Spanish desired
