East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is seeking a full time Medical Receptionist for our Behavioral Health Services Office located at our 2 Old County Road in Barrington, RI.

The Medical Receptionist must have some customer service experience and familiarity with medical records would be helpful. The successful applicant will receive training in Next Gen which is EBCAPs electronic medical record.

Successful candidates must be committed to providing quality customer service while handling confidential information in a highly professional manner. Excellent telephone skills and a courteous and helpful manner are essential qualities for the selected candidate.

The Medical Receptionist must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent required, and familiarity with medical records would be helpful. The successful applicant will receive training in NexGen, which is EBCAPs electronic medical record.
