Description:

JOB DUTIES: Similar for both roles.

Conversion Tech: ENTRY LEVEL

Films Technician: Mechanically Inclined

-Responsible for the conversion of micro-prism films.

-Manages material flow to the machines an load film on and off machines.

-Slit material to appropriate widths and lengths as required and set up and perform splices.

-Follows all required ISO documentation.

-Monitor machines, make adjustments on machines as needed, quick quality check to ensure product conformance.

-Monitor and records pressure and ranges as required.

-Process work orders in ERP systems.

-Retrieve chemicals and materials needed for the process.

-Enter requests in Computer Maintenance Management System.

-Maintain documentation of all required machine reports.

-Perform other duties as assigned or as the situation dictates
