    Customer Service Representative Job Description

    The Customer Service Representative’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Providing outstanding customer service via inbound and outbound calls and SMS texting.

  • Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.

  • Deliver call scripts with authentic cadence; be clear, compelling, empathetic, and personable.

  • Respond to customer requests, resolving issues, and promote the O’Bryan Family Plan.

  • Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.

  • Participate in training to boost booked calls and practice outbound calling.

  • Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information.

  • Meet daily, weekly, monthly metric goals

    Customer Service Representative Job Requirements

    The Customer Service Representative should possess the following experience, skills, characteristics, and abilities:

  • Demonstrate a positive attitude while at work

  • Minimum of one year experience in customer service

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and computer literate

  • Must be willing to learn

  • Must show up to work every day on time

  • Work well in team environment to accomplish company goals

  • Judgment, tact, and initiative to identify and solve problems

  • Confident, action-oriented, multi-tasker and quick-thinker

  • Excellent interpersonal and phone skills

  • Ability to juggle multiple assignments while paying attention to details
